Jonathan came out twice to my new house. First he came to rekey all the locks and the second time was the day after to install a smart Schlage deadbolt Encode lock. In both time he was punctual and did an excellent work. He is a great guy with excellent communication and he also took the time to explain how to setup the entry code on the new smart lock.
