Jeff considerate of me and was waiting for me to arrive to our appointment to rekey my new apartment locks, I left the office a little late and was caught in traffic, I was already 10 minutes late but Jeff was super kind and was waiting for me to arrive and did not complain about it, not a single word. He did a fantastic job and also gave me 3 extra keys after he was done rekeying the locks, price was very reasonable and got the job done within half an hour, very professional and totally recommended.
